Operations Manager

Skills & Experience

• Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
• Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
• Conduct budget planning, budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
• Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed

• Having solid background knowledge and thinking in design with a rich understanding of Typography, Composition & Layout and Colors.
• Have a sense of discipline, serious attitude at work.
• Ability to multitask, withstand high pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in design software such as AI, Photoshop, Indesign (knowing other software is an advantage).

Senior Content Creator

Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Graduated from a university with a relevant major: Communication , Marketing,…
• Fluent in writing and communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Diverse, creative, and flexible writing style.
• Ability to express ideas and handle situations well.
• Have basic knowledge and think about images and video clips.
• Teamwork ability, love exploring and learning.
